Meet Lyndal, the driving force behind PropertyQT. With 25 years of property management experience Lyndal’s property management journey began in Brisbane before returning to her roots in New Zealand with her husband, Murray back in 2015.
Managing an extensive luxury property portfolio, her sharp problem-solving skills and unwavering dedication, ensures every property under her care exceeds expectations. For her, ‘property management is more than a job—it’s a passion and commitment to excellence’.

MURRAY DEVERY
Director Compliance, Project & Asset Management
Murray brings a wealth of business and project management expertise to Property QT having worked in the Telecommunications and Construction sectors in New Zealand and Australia.
Specializing in infrastructure builds, construction and preventative maintenance Murray is passionate about implementing preventative maintenance programs and swiftly resolving issues, ensuring every aspect of your property is meticulously maintained.
Anything from that loose door handle through to highly technical heating and cooling systems, boiler systems, irrigation systems, water filtration and general building durability are examples of the items PropertyQT look after and maintain.
Murrays expertise in good communication and strong relationships with trades ensure proactive maintenance and timely repairs.

Loes’s passion for the outdoors is matched by her commitment to caring for the properties we care for and manage.
Having worked in the Queenstown property management industry in 2015 and 2016, Loes was captivated by the country’s stunning landscapes and her dedication to property management led her back from the Netherlands to New Zealand in 2022.
With prior experience in the Property Management industry, Loes brings a wealth of expertise to the team.
We always say what we do isn’t rocket science, but you do need people in your team with a passion for what we do, meticulous attention to detail, a diverse skill set, a keen eye for detail and a wide range of capabilities.
As an integral part of our team and being a high achiever in every aspect of her life, be it up a mountain or looking after your home you can trust that your property is in capable hands with Loes at the helm!
